配信感想( 原文とその翻訳）

Feedback on Broadcast: (original in Japanese, followed by English translation) 

 

本当におめでとうございます。大変なご努力の末、

ここまで成し遂げられたことに敬意を表します。すばらしい出来映えでした。演劇

という表現を通じて、青鞜から女性差別撤廃条約選択議定書まで、日本の女性たち

のジェンダー平等へ向けての歴史を紐解いてくださり、これが赤松先生のおっしゃる

「長い列」なのだと実感しました。

Sincere congratulations. I salute you for all the hard work you have put in to get to this point. It was a wonderful production. Through the expression of theater, you unraveled the history of Japanese women's efforts toward gender equality, from bluestocking to the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, and I realized that this is the "long line" that Dr. Akamatsu is talking about.

大変おもしろかったです。年代ごとにしっかりとできていて、教材にできると思いました。

ぜひ東京公演を実現してください。見に行きたいです。

It was very interesting. I thought it was well done for each age group and could be used as a teaching tool.

Please make the Tokyo performance happen. I would like to go see it.

 

 

現地での観劇は叶わなかったのですが、オンライン配信にて拝見しました。とても見応えのある舞台でした。ここまでの舞台を作り上げるまでに色々なご苦労があったことと存じますが、成功裡に終了しましたこと、まずはお祝い申し上げます。

I was not able to see the play there, but I watched it via online streaming. It was a very worthwhile performance. I know that you went through a lot of hardships to create such a successful performance, and I would like to congratulate you on its successful completion.

 

 

ZOOM上ではありますが、舞台を拝見して、とてもさわやかで楽しい気持ちになりました。若いフェミニストの友人にも見せてあげたいです。

It was so refreshing and enjoyable to see the stage, albeit on ZOOM. I would love to show it to my young feminist friends.

 

 

I watched on Vimeo this weekend Mimoza Ways, it was really great !!!! congratulations ! I am really happy that this theater play became reality in Japan ! It was a bit sad that Trinidad could not come, but it really shows how much you worked hard that you could prepare the play by communicating online ! It was really interesting that you did not only talk about women issues strictly speaking, but also about corona, lesbian, mixed origins, generations, motherhood, etc. The actresses were great too !! very powerful ! I never got bored at any moment when I watched the play. And I learned a lot ! I hope that you will have other opportunities to show the play in Japan！

今週末、Vimeoで「ミモザウェイズ」を見ました。この舞台が日本で実現できて、本当にうれしいです。トリニダードが来れなかったのは少し残念ですが、ネットでやりとりして準備できるなんて、本当によく頑張りましたね。女性問題だけでなく、コロナ、LGBTQ、国際問題、世代、母性など、様々なテーマを扱っていて、とても興味深かったです。女優陣も最高でした！！とてもパワフルでした。どんな時でも飽きることなく観劇できました。そして、とても勉強になりました。また、日本で上映する機会があるといいですね！

 

 

I watched it and enjoyed it very much. I liked its sense of humor and lightness. It had a clever structure to present the continuity of history with three characters and an MC. It is amazing that they did it with directing through ZOOM. What an achievement! 

I wanted to know how it came across with a young audience and how actors felt about performing those characters.

オンラインで観劇して、とても楽しめました。ユーモアのセンスと軽快さがよかった。3人の登場人物とMCで歴史の連続性を表現する構成が巧みだった。それをZOOMを使った演出でやってのけたのはすごい。なんという快挙でしょう。 

若い観客にどのように伝わったのか、俳優がどのような気持ちであのキャラクターを演じたのか、知りたいと思いました。 おめでとうございます。

 

 

映像を駆使した美しい舞台、歌と踊りがとり入れられた躍動感の溢れた芝居の展開、ところどころに仕掛けられた笑いを誘う言葉や仕草等々、とてもよかったです。リアルに観劇できたら、もっとよかっただろうと思います。劇場での上演でのお客さんの反応は、オンラインを通してはわかりませんでしたが、どんな感じだったのでしょうか。

それにしても、直接の身体的な触れ合いのないズームを通しての演出は、演出者にとっても役者さんにとってもプロデューサー他スタッフにとっても、大変なご苦労があっただろうと思います。私は昔、学生時代に素人演劇をしていたので、なおのこと、そう思ってしまいます。

「シモーヌ」と「ミモザウェイズ」の日仏交換上演が実現するといいですね。

今後のさらなるご活躍をお祈りしています。

The beautiful stage with its use of visual images, the lively performance with songs and dances, and the words and gestures that provoked laughter in some places were all very good. It would have been even better if I could have seen the play in real life. I could not tell how the audience reacted to the performance in the theater through online.

Still, I imagine it must have been very difficult for the director, actors, producer, and other staff to direct the play through zoom without direct physical contact. I used to do amateur theater when I was a student, so I think even more so.

I hope the French-Japanese exchange of "Simone" and "Mimosa Ways" will be realized.

Anyway, thank you for your hard work. I wish you further success in the future.

 

 

 

すごく面白くて、キャンドルのシーンは少し泣いてしまいました。自分が知らなかった人もいて、とても深く調べられた脚本だったと感激しました。

It was very interesting and I cried a little during the candle scene. I was thrilled that the script was so deeply researched with some people I didn't know.

 

 

社会問題をテーマにした演劇作品は数々ありますが、これほど思想や歴史的な背景がきちんとシナリオとして作り込まれたものは、なかなかないのではないでしょうか。

多くの研究者や研究機関の協力を得ながら作られたということが、エンドクレジットからもよくわかりました。

このように個人の姿に光を当てて語ることの可能性も改めて感じました。

個人的にはやはり女性たちの間にあるさまざまな差異が、差異のままお互いに受け取っていたところにいたく感動しました。

There are many theater productions that focus on social issues, but it is hard to find one that has such a well-developed scenario of ideological and historical background.

The end credits clearly showed that the production was made with the cooperation of many researchers and research institutions.

I was also reminded once again of the possibilities of telling a story like this that sheds light on an individual figure.

Personally, I was also moved by the various differences among the women, which they received from each other as differences.

 

 

「ミモザウェイズ」、先週末にオンラインで拝見しました。空いている時間に中断しながら見れたので、オンデマンド配信がとても有難かったです。そして、この作品を通して、日本人の考え方が変わっていくことを心から願っています。フェミニズムだけでなく、セクシャルマイノリティに触れているのも本当によかったと思います。

会場で見られなかったことが心残りですが、コロナ終息後、再公演があればぜひ会場に足を運びたいです。

Between school closures and vacations, my younger son's daycare being closed for an extended period of time, and myself being at the peak of my workload, I've had my hands full trying to manage my work, which hasn't been going well at all.

 

I watched "Mimosa Ways" online last weekend. I was very grateful for the on-demand streaming, as I was able to watch it intermittently during my free time. And I sincerely hope that this play will change the way Japanese people think. I really liked that it touched on sexual minorities as well as feminism.

I regret that I could not see it at the venue, but I would love to visit the venue if there is another performance after the end of Corona.

 

 

つい先日ポリタスTVを観ていたら、コラムニストの深澤真紀さんがウーマンリブ運動と田中美津さんのお話をされていて、その中でフェミニストでも女性人権に詳しい人は少ない、社会運動の中に女性人権問題も入っているけれど、社会運動をする人たちからも女性は消費されてきた側面もある　というような話で、

2月にはなぜウーマンリブ運動で「便所からの開放」とか過激な言葉と行動が必要だったのかがわからなかったのですが、女性は自分たちで声をあげて気づいてもらう必要があったんだな、とか

公演を終えて様々な情報に触れているうちに　そのときわかっていなかったことへの理解のパーツが拾える瞬間があったりして、とても面白く思っています。

加えてミモザの脚本の情報がいかに大切か、ということも感じました！

Just the other day I was watching TV and I heard columnist Maki Fukasawa talking about the Women's Liberation Movement and Mitsu Tanaka, and she said that few feminists are familiar with women's rights. Also women's rights issues are part of social movements, but women have been consumed even by those who are involved in social movements. 

In February, I didn't understand why the women's liberation movement needed 'freedom from the toilet' or radical words and actions, but women needed to speak up and make themselves noticed, or something like that.

I find it very interesting that as I am exposed to different information after the performance, there are moments when I can pick up parts of my understanding of things that I didn't understand at the time.

Plus, I also feel how important the information in Mimosa's script is!

 

 

コロナ下、ZOOMで演出とやりとりを行ったとは到底思えない出来栄えで、皆さんの努力の賜物以外のなにものでもありません。祝杯をあげてください。今後もいろいろ困難はあるかと思いますが、自信をもって前に進み、この劇を多くの人に伝えて行ってください。

It is hard to believe that the work has been done under COVID19 and communicated with the production in ZOOM, and it is nothing but a result of everyone's efforts. You should celebrate. I know there will be many more difficulties in the future, but please move forward with confidence and share this play with as many people as you can.
